The rooms are elegant and well appointed but could benefit from a facelift. The King Cole Bar was fun and the drinks were delicious (albeit pricey). Use of the house car is a big perk and our driver was gracious and accommodating. The service and overall experience are tough to beat!"

"This is the St Regis. One of the most iconic hotels in NYC. Every aspect is luxurious and upper echelon. It begins with the doormen. We come every year and they have been there for 20 plus years each. They are friendly and set the tone. Front desk is smooth and welcoming gave my little one a teddy bear dressed in ST Regis shirt. Then you have a Butler whom are awesome. Rooms are immaculate but classic elegant style. The location is perfect for our Christmas weekend. We do the tree, ice...
