"Nice hotel in Kapa'a. Staff was very helpful. The room a great size with oceanfront view. Pool very nice. The staff lent out bikes, beach chairs dvds and beach towels. Home made treats to greet you. We had a lot of trouble with the wifi not working. The front desk said they were changing carriers. Basically didn't work half the time. "

They brought the cake on the wrong day, and when the actual day arrived, I had to remind them. They also congratulated me instead of my husband. At checkout we were also charged $70 for items from the minibar that we never used, which was quite unpleasant to see from a hotel of this level. I contacted the hotel about these issues afterward but unfortunately did not receive a clear response. Please be attentive and double-check your final bill."
