We loved the quiet atmosphere and the friendliness and accommodating nature of the locals, a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was cosy for the six of us, but it was great as we spent most of our days exploring Tokyo and was basically only there to sleep. " Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....

"Good sized studio with everything you would need for a long stay: full kitchen, laundry with drying feature in bathroom. No smart TV though, which seems to be the norm in Japan's hotels, and is kind of surprising being so technologically advanced."
