"I’d recommend this place!! It’s not that far of a scooter ride to any beach on the island from here. It was very quiet and secluded at the hotel. But walk 3 minutes and you’re on a street with lots of restaurants and stuff. They have it all..restaurant at the hotel, drinks, nice view off balcony. You can book taxi service and scooter rental at front desk, they’ll arrange person to come. "

"Excellent value for money. The room is spacious, clean, with AC. I stayed for 7nights and will definetly come back. The bathroom is shared with an other room but I was mostly alone during my stay. Location is excellent to have easy acess to the pier, night market and the food court. I rent a motorbike to explore the rest of the Island. The hostess is so sweet and made my stay very special. "The Baan Manali is an excellent resort for the price. It's on a lovely stretch of beach, they serve up amazing food and drinks, wifi is excellent and staff are very friendly. The rooms are a bit dated, but this adds to the charm of the resort. You won't find many good restaurants nearby, but this is the case in most areas and a scooter hire is almost essential in Koh Phangan if you want to explore the island and restaurants."
