"Clean room, kitchenette with plates, cutlery, microwave and stove & fridge. Nice spacious room and walking distance to los trenes cercanias. I also liked that the breakfast was included. I didn't get to use the gym, but there is one and it looks good with basic and useful equipment. Staff are friend and Jessica was super helpful and sweet. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"Excellent hotel,very clean , delicious breakfast, free nice parking . The only thing it is far away from center of Madrid (40 minutes based on traffic ),but we used Uber."

"Staff is great! Food was good but pricey. Bar prices however were reasonable. My only suggestion is to add an occasional chair in the rooms, and a storage area for toiletries in the bathrooms. The rooms are spacious but need more furniture."

"The hotel is sufficiently clean with comfortable rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is located in mainly office/industrial area, convenient for the airport and northern parts of the city (although commuting to the city centre by public transport takes ~30-50min). The breakfast is nice."

"Great hotel, staff were really helpful. The hotel is a bit out of the city but the price reflects that, there are still bars & restaurants in the local area though. Free luxury shuttle bus to the airport on your return too which was a bonus!"

"Didn't avail of breakfast. As the hotel is close to some local shops. The hotel is about 20mins away by train from the center. Close to train station. Area is peaceful and very clean.i think it's a business district full of tech companies around. Ramada hotel is nicer than the one we stayed in paris. Bath tub+ A/C+ cleanliness+ quiet+ towels++ conditioner+ body soap+. Having hair conditioner available means a lot. The site manager could be a woman?who knows how to take care of lady guests hair....

"The place smelled amazing. The staff are really friendly. The only reason I didn’t get a five star is because when I checked in, I was traveling solo, but as the guy was giving me my card, he literally announced to everybody what room I was in which I wasn’t, a fan of the room was great."

"Everything was so new, place was beautiful, rooms as described and you had everything you could need. There was not iron in the room however I am not sure if they had one to provide, also there was a pool but unavailable until 1st June, so if you planing to go for the pool just avoid it. Location wise, it’s a bit far from city centre but close to the airport."
