"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. "Staff was great. They also have free alcohol! Breakfast is too notch (although i’d love to see japanese curry!). Would definitely go back to this property. They are right outside the Takadanobaba train station which has the JR Yamanote line which will take you everywhere. Great price, and rooms are relatively spacious for a tokyo hotel. 5 stars"

"Location is 10/10, with the Higashi-Shinjuku train station next door to the hotel, loads of restaurants, 7/11s, and a coffee house nearby. Perfect for location and walking distance to Shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel."

"Decent size room for Tokyo and although they do not offer as many amenities as other hotels, I think it's reasonable given their budget price point. A bit of a walk from the Metro station that connects to central stations like Tokyo and Ginza but the area is very quiet, located in a residential area on a street lined with shops that seem to be frequented by locals. Lots of small restaurants with a lot of character. Loved the area!"

"The hotel in very close to Higashi-Shinjuku station which has the Odeo and Fukutoshin lines and basically connects you to all of Tokyo. It is a little loud due to ambulance activity since you are near Kabukicho but it is still safe. Don quijote is just a 5-10 minute walk. There are an abundance of restaurants and a couple of convenience stores all around the area. The staff is also amazing they helped me out when I needed to toward my luggage to my next hotel and also when I lost my key. I will...
