Amazing hotel right in the center of Shinjuku! The views from the rooms and common areas were simply breathtaking, the bed and pajamas so comfy (I even bought one), the breakfast very delicious (“umae desu”!) !! The rooms are spatious, clean… the hotel is at the top of Kabukicho Tower, close to subway station, Godzilla Statue and stores such as Isetan Department… But what I liked the most was the staff! Every person of the Staff was super helpful, nice and gentle! Tanaka-San even learned some portuguese words to talk to us and it made we feel like home as well as taught as some words in japanese!! Li Junn-San and the others at breakfast area were so nice as well. We can’t wait to be back to Japan, and stay the Bellustar again.

Staff were professional, friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, to lots of walkable amenities. It is located on the 18th floor, however, the view from the 39th floor to the 46th is immaculate. Hotel is clean, well taken cared of. The room was beautiful, spacious and view was amazing. This is one hotel that deserves another stay when back in Tokyo.
