"Just a great hotel in a (mostly) great location. The staff were great, as is the proximity to Union Station and very close proximity to A and E trains. Having all of Little Tokyo right outside your door is a blessing and a curse for all of the available food and shopping. I always seem to find myself coming to Little Tokyo, so with this most recent trip I figured: why not just stay here?"

"Excellent location for exploring downtown LA by walking or public transportation. Just a block to Historic Broadway Metro station with the A and E trains. Close to Grand Central Marketplace and the Angels Flight cable car railway tram up to Grand Street from Hill St. Good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Rooms are clean but a bit spartan with minimum of furniture and storage. Was nice to have a mini fridge."

"Stayed at this hotel, I liked that it’s super close to the Crypto arena, and lots of food nearby, grocery store etc. the staff was friendly. The room was as advertised. Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary but it had what I needed and for the price you won’t find anything cheaper that close. Very vintage building so that was cool."

"The front desk staff is amazing and super attentive. Rooms are ultra modern and fun, with a iPad to control lighting, climate, and ambience. Location is excellent, 3 minute walk to Grand Central Market! Only tiny request would be to offer washcloths and a couple of paper cups."

"As we entered the facility, the parking lot is very secure. That was exciting that it has a gate. We walked through the doors and it smells wonderful very clean atmosphere. The staff was very helpful. I needed a steamer as well as a makeup mirror and they offered that which was fantastic. Breakfast was very minimal however it was perfect. I will definitely recommend this best friends and family and I will stay here again."

The property is beautifully designed, the staff professional and supportive, the rooms (and beds!) are fantastic, and the restaurants are exceptional. This is a must-stay."
