"I have to mention Louis, breakfast server in the bar area. I will just say our second morning of breakfast with Louis was a complete turn around from the first day of our stay. Louis got our day started with coffee and bread choices (which was not offered prior) and an attitude just friendly enough to feel he enjoyed what he was doing. I believe he is a real asset for Sofitel."

"The front desk was able to accomodate our request for early check-in and we were very grateful. The room was very comfortable with blackout drapes which made sleeping easier. If you can, have a meal at the restaurant. We were very pleased with the fresh food served. It was delicious and very fresh. The shuttle to the airport was helpful."
