"The room was absolutely spotless. The whole complex was quiet and the people we spoke with were cordial and friendly. Parking was easy. The neighborhood was walking distance to downtown. Chibo Italian restaurant across the street, is a hidden gem. If I had to find fault, my only criticism is that the walkways could have been swept and maintained a little better. Lots of debris scattered around from the landscaping. Great stay! "

"This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too! "

I’m a little worried it’s going down though. Found drink rings and what looked like a spill on the desk/headboard. Eye lashes in the bathroom…"

"Hotel was centrally located. Right off the 10- Fwy. In the heart of downtown Phoenix close to Chase Field and the Mortgage Matchup Center. Hotel had plenty of on site parking. Very clean and had friendly staff. "
