I booked and paid for a family room three days in advance, but when my family and I arrived, we were informed that there was no room available. We waited for 3 hours, and the staff did not provide any assistance; they simply stated that there was no room and walked away from the reception. This was incredibly frustrating, and we ultimately had to find another hotel over 40 minutes away, which completely disrupted our travel plans....

"Location is excellent, the Sunday Night Market is right at the hostel's door step. The room is quiet and comfortable, very good price for a single room with private bathroom in the center of the Old City, but there is a minor odor from the toilet, so I have to remember to close the bathroom door. The service staff are very friendly, they provide drinking water at the first floor, which is very good for re-fill in my own cup to bring to my room. Accessible to many places in the Old City,...

The breakfasts are so delicious and the rooms are adorable and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and things are easy to walk to. I walked to Buakhard Public Park for a great morning yoga class with 100 people on my first day! Chiang Mai is a relaxing and inspiring city. Being at the Pran made it extra special. "
