"This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. "This is a very basic property in a working class neighborhood. It was very quiet and clean and the basic required amenities were all present. It is not like a standard hotel but worked fine for us, especially given the price point. Staff were always helpful."
