The toilet had a bad sewage smell which fortunately for me, I had some lemongrass essential oil with me, which I had literally poured into the drainage and it helps, had to do daily for the 2 nights. Instructions were simple and clear. At ground level, there is a 24hr mini mart. Can also enjoy the cooling sea breeze. Awesome stay thank u!"

"When I showed up at reception, staff told me no booking. So I wait there around 40 minutes. But staff are so courtesy. And room is so comfortable. There are so many restaurants example Marugame Udon, Starbucks, Burger King, McDonald!! "

"There is double standard in breakfast, some they provide half boiled egg, some they don,t. simply gave excuses they running out of egg. Very poor service standard. Need to consider to choose the hotel next visit to Batam."
