"Hotel is right next to the Grand Batam Mall (with direct access) and about 10 - 15 min drive from Harbor Bay ferry terminal. Hotel is very clean, staff who checked us in, Sheryn, was very friendly. We were given early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade on the highest floor! Breakfast buffet spread was good and food was tasty. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again in future!"

"The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. "Sound proofing is really really bad. You can hear the sound of people, cleaners along the main corridors because of the hard flooring. Music from the KTV below went on until late at night. Also it smells of cigarette smoke. There are also no security safe, no fridge, no hair dryer. "

"Hotel. Com please remove this hotel from the list because it’s disgusting and very dirty. Seem like the bed covers and converters never been washed for more then 6 months, drews mark and blood mark on it. I have to walked out from the hotel lost my payment and slept in others place."
