"I have 5 night stay in this hotel it was clean and staff are really nice and helpful"

"Les toilettes de la chambre étaient bouchées et inutilisables. J'ai dû aller à celles de l'étage. Mais la salle de bain à l'étage n'avait pas de serrure. Il n'y avait pas d'eau potable ni de verres dans la chambre, mais une machine à eau chaude était à disposition. L'espace pour se laver le visage était trop petit pour se brosser les dents, pour moi c’est horrible cette hôtel."

"My room wasn’t clean but then they let me check in. The toilet had been used and was very dirty. The taxi driver they got for me robbed me charged my card 530 lira yet they had agreed on 400. He refused to give me back my money and drove away "

"Hotel location was near a lot of shops including grand bazaar. Getting the metro wasn’t that much far away from the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"The location was ideal for touring the city. The staff was amazing. Mehmet, and the entire breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was helpful with arranging tours and transfers. The room was comfortable and quiet (even though our balcony was on a main street), and the shower was fantastic. There are lots of place to eat, Turkish baths, and shops nearby. We highly recommend! "
