Staff friendly, 24 hour reception, bar whenever needed, room cleaned like new every day and fresh towels, generous breakfast buffet included. Very tasty breakfast! "Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well.
