"Overall need to update lobby and room decor and aesthetics.too much traffic in lobby.Attentive staff. Kind of slow check in process. I booked an executive suite for 3 people and at check in I was was told the suite only had 1(one) bed for 3 people??? It was unacceptable and would have been uncomfortably awkward 😕 I was given a smaller room with 2 beds, not really meeting up a suite category. My time was very limited to spend on complaining, so we made do of what we have. Location was very convenient for last minute shopping, dining and its near the airport. Staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you "

"Room was clean and location was good. Extra amenities like hand soap and dishwashing liquid would have been nice but overall, sufficient for our short stay in Manila. Staff were nice and helpful. "

"IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. It's an apartment building. The unit has a serious roach problem. The property owner is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. She has an automated message on Expedia that says to contact her via email or WhatsApp and she doesn't reply to either. I was lucky I had a local friend that was able to help, but if I didn't I have no idea what could've happened. She was not professional and very dismissive. I was supposed to stay for 2 weeks and was only able to hold one night (the one that I arrived). I immediately went to a hotel. She's not helpful at all. "

"I’ll start off in saying the staff was great and they attend to all your needs. When we arrived and walked into the building, it looked very nice and classy as you would expect. But you are greeted with a very strong smell of a cleaning chemical that does not smell pleasant. I am very sensitive to air quality and it was a little difficult to take a deep breath on the ground floor with this smell. My advice would be to change cleaning fluid to a more pleasant smell. When we arrived in the room, there was a strong musty smell. Again, it was difficult to take a deep breath. The hotel promptly changed our room when we complained. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the breakfast buffet. A few years ago we stayed here and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Things have changed drastically. The food was extremely sub par and It was hard to find anything we liked. The breakfast buffet was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The quality has suffered and it really is a shame. "
