"We love Atlantis and had an overall great stay. Little things that bothered me was that the kids crush disco was closed one day during the week - in spring break, with so many kids at the resort. Also, we had poseidon breakfast included in the room price but there was still every day an addition to the folio and I had to ask the staff to take it off. Hotel guests still behave antisocial and hog chairs at 8 am, throw their towels on them and then don't use them for hours. Staff should do something about that. And this time was the first time ever that people stole our fresh towels twice!"

"Clean rooms- well maintained mini bar - decent selection of drinks to choose from. Main buffet could use more selection. Nothing fancy but worth the trip"

"We would go there every year👍 The only thing we wish was different is if they had mildly heated swimming pool for cooler days. They had only 2 small "hot" tubs/jacuzzi. Staff were excellent, polite and helpful. The food was fresh and clean with a good variety for different tastes. Some of room towels didn't seem fresh, but pool towels were clean and toasty! See you next year😝"

"Check in process is terrible. Only one person checking people in with 10 people waiting to check in. Made it to the counter after 30 minutes waiting and they said my room wasn't ready. Check in time is 4 pm and it was after 4 pm! I waited an hour came back and room still not ready. They finally 'upgraded' me to a room that was ready. Zero out of ten would not recommned. Check out was just as bad. Hire more counter people! "

"The ocean was not visible from our room, however, a short walk brought us to the ocean, sound, pools, and restaurant. The accommodations were worn but clean and comfortable."
