"A regular hotel, a bit overpriced but very standard in the Gran Vía. Didn´t try the food or breakfast, as prefer to eat outside where many excellent choices abound. It´s Madrid after all. Due the location, not regrets to return any time if possible. As most of the theaters and musicals are walking distance the location covered the extra cost to stay there."

The establishment could use more luggage lockers though, however, this is not to be seen as a negative comment at all, it is simply a suggestion. We really enjoyed our stay at Libere Madrid Palacio Real, it is clean, ideally located (walking distance from all the major attractions yet in a quiet street), and comfortable. You can't go wrong with it!"
