The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. "I stayed at Spring Hill Oakland Airport for a wedding and I expected a good but pretty standard stay. I was happily surprised at how spacious and pretty the rooms were. My kids also loved the pool which was both indoor and outdoor, so comfortable for us sitting at the poolside. The highlight for our family was the housekeeping staff, all of them were so friendly and conscientiously greeting us whenever we passed them in the hall. I've never experienced (nor even expected) this from housekeeping...
