Our luggage was delayed by Air France (surprise, surprise) and the staff helped us call the airport and find our bags several hours later. They helped us get a taxi back to the airport to collect it. Everyone we met on the staff went above and beyond to help us. Room was lovely and location can’t be beat. Just walk one street down, turn right, and the Eiffel Tower is there!! "

Classic European charm in the building and rooms, just a little bit noisy as you can hear door closing if slamming and steps in the corridor or the cleaning service early in the morning."

The staff are also very friendly and helpful; we traveled with our 5-year old and they were very welcoming and child-friendly. They had an old-school postcard mailing service that was a really nice touch and completed the vibe of an older establishment that knows hospitality. Would definitely return here for future visits...

"It’s a phenomenal hotel. Luxurious, service is second to none. Possibly the best hotel in all of Paris and all of France. It’s close to La Arc de Triumph and easy to get to anywhere in the city.
