"Small boutique hotel with amazing service and 24hr front desk. They also offer travel agency services like day trip options to Sapa, Ha Long bay, or Ninh Binh. Good sound proofing against the city noise which is probably top 3 criteria for Hanoi. Also offered great suggestions and tips whenever we passed the lobby. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel in the French quarter in Hanoi. It's on a side street. There's two rooms per floor very clean and comfortable.Good wifi.The staff was very attentive. Amazing breakfast for such a small hotel. The food was amazing. Yes, the french quarter is a little crowded.But in your room, you wouldn't know it. I would definitely stay here again.And I highly recommend it "

"The staff were very lovely, we used google translate to communicate with them the entire time. Yes, the hotel is located by the bridge but you have to get a taxi or grab every time you want to go into the old quarter/city centre as there is no feasible way to walk across. The room itself was technically clean, but it smelt very strongly of mould which made us feel quite sick and was definitely off putting. If you want to stay in Hà Nội I would recommend staying in the Old Quarter or surrounding...

"Nothing to like about this place. Please avoid. The fridge and tv don't work, no bottled water or coffee.. nothing. The coffee shop is horrible, their massage/spa is very dubious with shady characters out the front. Towels were dirty, door Lock was broken. I booked airport shuttle no one came, I arrived at 2300 as planned to be told we don't have a booking after nearly 24hrs travelling and said they were full. Came back at midday to sleep only to be told " I found your booking" no apology so if...
