"My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!"

"Hotel location near JR Machida station is perfect. Lots of nice restaurants and shops near hotel. Room size is bigger than usual business hotels. Rooms and beds are very clean and comfort. TV is big enough an you can connect your PC, Tablet or phone at least via HDMi cable. Also coin laundry in hotel lobby is very handy for washing and drying your clothes. "

"普通に良いホテルでした、 部屋もキレイだったしスタッフの対応も良いし朝食も豪華ではないけど悪くはなかったです。 駐車場は約250m離れて少し遠いですが広くて沢山の台数が止めれます。 コンセントの差し込みが少なかった。最近のホテルではUSBの充電が直接挿せる所があるのでそれがあれば便利なのですけど…。 機会があればまた利用したいです。"
