The VIP Lounge, floor 25, is excellent and the employees there are so gentle that is more than what we expected. Superb location with many stores, restaurants and walking distance to many attractions and the rail that connects with Tokio is just a few steps ftom the lobby. "It’s a bit far to walk to the main attractions. It’s about 8–10 minutes from Yokohama Station by taxi, or 15–20 minutes on foot. However, the hotel environment is very nice. Taking a taxi is also not too expensive and quite acceptable."
