"This is a great value option close to the Brisbane CBD. There is a small supermarket across the road and the Pineapple Hotel with excellent meals is virtually next door. The rooms are quite large and even though the property is probably quite old, they have kept it up to date and employ lovely staff. We will certainly stay again."

"Older property. It had an old world charm. From the soft jazz music in the lobby area to the room decor. Not modern and cold, it exudes warmth. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the best part. Nicely presented buffet. Views from our room of the river was nice. Nice stay. Would recommend this place to anyone. "
