"We stayed in a standard king room 1 night and then the executive room for 3 nights. We had to check out and check back in. The stansard room was nice but small. Neither rooms had a dining area. When checking into second room they never moved the bags and the concierge was not very informative. The air con didn't work so after wasting about 4 hours had to move rooms. The executive lounge was great and the staff friendly but the executive room apart from a balcony was not that great. On our last day they stopped our card access so we couldn't get back into our room. The overall service was poor."
"Our room smelt like stale mildew and cigarettes. It had a really bad odour. People had likely been smoking in the covered balcony and it had that old smoke smell while thew rest of the suite just smelt damp. The hallway smelt like McDonalds.
The3 beds were the worst beds Ive ever slept on in a hotel, we had two double beds and both had roll together. They reminded me of something from a budget hostel. No amount of crisp linen could disguise it. There were no spare pillows or blankets.
This was no where near luxurious. The location is unbeatable but the rotting room, terrible beds and pool with tiles missing let it all down."
"Package included access to all theme parks and totally worth the value for how many days you can have park access.
Rooms are a bit noisy especially if your room can be used as interconnecting as you can here everything in the room next door.
Pool facilities great for kids but would have been nice for the towel hut to be open instead needed to go to concierge to get the towels.
Buffet breakfast go first thing in the morning as it gets quite busy from after 730am.
Shoreline restaurant good basic food which kids enjoyed."
"Our room was close to reception and the eating areas. Accommodation was suitable for the one night we stayed. We found the mattress a bit to firm for us and the pillows were the same. Small thing! there was no face washer or hand towel in the bathroom, just 2 towels and bath mat. Unsure if forgotten or they just don't provide them anymore. Also they now have the big restaurant open for breakfast (the one around the pool is closed in the mornings now) so you don't get the option to buy just toast etc. $25 for locals not sure of the other price for the breakfast experience."
"Floor 21 tower B has a stink rubbish smell all the time, complaint to staff so many time but they send somebody spray perfume in the area and which only worked for 2 hours and again the same smell. Hopefully they will fix it permanently ."
