"found one of two hotel car parking space outside hotel available - yippee- quick efficient check in (but room not ready at 14.30 so went for a coffee in cafe and receptionist alerted me when key became available). efficient lift, gr8 room with excellent A/C small balcony with sea view. noisy road at times. had dinner in rooftop pool bar at 9pm good & gr8 value. comprehensive breakfast- recommended "

"The one week spent at this hotel was relaxing, fun and exciting. Mr. Tsagarakis was warmly welcoming the very beginning. He gave all the info during the check in which made things easier. The hotel is a tradition rich family business and the Mr.Tsagarakis and his mothe made us feel like home at the hotel. The amazing pool, garden, sea view, the antique rich interiors with couches and the dining area is really peaceful and creative to relax. Free WiFi, AC, pool use, free sun beds and as a complementary we were also given diving masks. The sea view room was so great with sea and mountain views. Rooms where cleaned everyday, breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a smooth check-in and check out. Somethings to improve would be: The room was not sound proof, so if the roads are too busy, you would hear it(our room was on road side). The breakfast was same all days, maybe a bit of change would be nice. "

"This was a 1 night stay prior to a longer booking, in a basic room. I was also here last year. Don’t be scared of a solo trip, the people are fantastic and you will be made to feel very welcome and not alone. The guests are hit and miss, some are a bit rowdy, some doing photo shoots the whole time but it’s easy to find some quiet space. Most are couples in their 30s. The rooms are soundproofed, I stayed on a top floor and couldn’t hear any neighbours which was a relief, food is fantastic but large portions. All inclusive is a must so that you can relax and let the wonderful people bring you drinks and snacks. I had a wonderful massage to start my trip, and a meal in the lovely Greek restaurant. Outside gym has some really cool equipment. I think the resort is non smoking, which is a relief as many Greek people smoke (there are mostly English people here), there are a lot of vapers. I travel to 5 star hotels for work, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here, they are without exception friendly and helpful and in a resort like this, they make the difference between a 5 star trip and a less decent holiday. I will definitely return next year. I also stayed in the grand bungalow which was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I’d advise anyone to book a swim up room at least, to avoid sunbed wars at the pool. "

"The location is perfect. Close to the bus stop if you choose to do so for Knossos or airport. 5 minutes to heart of town, Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay again, "

"My best friend and I had the best holiday in peninsula. It is the perfect hotel for a peaceful getaway. The location was just right, the beaches either side of the resort were beautiful. Our favourite spot was tsimiento beach bar, where we were always greeted by Mariairini, Constantina and Lorena. They were so kind and went above and beyond for us, not to mention the delicious spritz’s and cappuccinos! We love you girls! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. efharisto!! Maddie and Lucy"
