This was the best place we stayed in Chile, hands down. And for the price…phenomenal. It’s a small boutique hotel. A well manicured property carved off a gravel road just a few blocks from the main drag. The proprietors, young husband and wife, are lovely. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, facilities and landscape. The rooms and common areas show a nice design. We enjoyed the sauna and spa. The cuisine must be one of the best in the area with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and bar, always accompanied by a careful attention. The hotel's location is fantastic with views of the lake, city and volcanoes that is privileged. A highly recommendable experience.
I stayed at the AWA for three wonderful nights! The staff was very attentive and kind, the rooms were perfect, and the food was really good. I had a very intense 90 minute deep tissue massage, and the other spa facilities were nice as well. I also did a kayak excursion, which was very well organized. Overall, a five-star stay - I just wish I stayed longer
The people working there ware friendly and helpful. The pool area is great, I wish the wood tub was open. One of the things i didnt like was the state of the bathrooms, there are broken and unmatched doors handles.
Great facility and, more importantly, the people working there. I have a flight at 6 AM, and despite not asking to go, breakfast was ready, as well as constant contact with the taxi to avoid delays. Great night crew and outstanding facilities.
Great place to stay in Puerto Montt. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had an early flight and they made sure we had breakfast to go and a way to open the parking lot gate ourselves. The rooms are basic but get the job done. There is laundry service for ~6$, which was great.
