This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels. From the staff, to the grounds, to the ameneties, this place is impeccable. We felt completely taken care of by the staff. The entire process was absolutely wonderful

Wonderful oasis - staff was the best!

This place is remarkable. Beautiful architecture, wonderful staff, great meals. Beautiful scenery, most of which is accessible via a short hike. Last night a pudu slept under our window.

This was the best place we stayed in Chile, hands down. And for the price…phenomenal. It’s a small boutique hotel. A well manicured property carved off a gravel road just a few blocks from the main drag. The proprietors, young husband and wife, are lovely. The building and grounds are immaculate and aesthetically top notch, the attention to detail everywhere is remarkable, awesome views through the trees, and the friendliness of staff top notch. I stayed at the AWA for three wonderful nights! The staff was very attentive and kind, the rooms were perfect, and the food was really good. I had a very intense 90 minute deep tissue massage, and the other spa facilities were nice as well. I also did a kayak excursion, which was very well organized. Overall, a five-star stay - I just wish I stayed longer

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit!

Friendly staff, great service, clean rooms, tasty food…

Great room and staff and a good location. The breakfasts were quite plentiful and good food. The only problem is we wish the horseback riding and sailing were available.

This was so gorgeous. I am usually hard to please but this place went above and beyond. I will def come back

We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, facilities and landscape. The rooms and common areas show a nice design. We enjoyed the sauna and spa. The cuisine must be one of the best in the area with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and bar, always accompanied by a careful attention. The hotel's location is fantastic with views of the lake, city and volcanoes that is privileged. A highly recommendable experience.

My room was cozy and had plenty of storage space, bathrooms were very clean and always had hot water, and most of all, the staff was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. You definitely get an excellent value when you stay at this hostel!

Loved tgis place

The people working there ware friendly and helpful. The pool area is great, I wish the wood tub was open. One of the things i didnt like was the state of the bathrooms, there are broken and unmatched doors handles.
