"Perfect for a longer stay. The room has everything. Location is great from Naminoue beach and convenience stores are nearby. Otherwise it is a 15 min walk from the monorail or to Kokusai-Dori. Self check in was a little difficult, but luckily when I was having issues there was staff helping. "

"Nice decor. Room was clean and sufficient - well set out. Bathroom was fantastic. Hotel was a bit busy during our stay as there was a conference/sales seminar happening in the common area. Location was decent - 10 mins from the Prefectural Office Station and Kokusai street. A lot of local joints nearby serving local cuisine. Staff and ammenities were excellent. "

"家庭旅遊/多人旅遊很適合，優點：不得不說這間飯店房間很乾淨內部空間超大真的很棒，附近有兩間中大型超市要買東西是可以的。缺點：距離旭橋站確實遠，會搭公車的是會少一點走路的距離，不然走的會超累的，如果有接駁車會更讚，但應該不太可能，但如果有我會很樂意再入住，但總體來說是很不錯的。"

"The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The rooms were well equiped just a little bit older than some of the other places we stayed. It is right next to the Fukushuen gardens which was really nice to walk around and feed the fish. Also walkable distance to Kokusai Dori. "

Liked the laundry in unit, private bathroom with electric bide, separate shower with tub and heating fan (easy to dry clothes and towels. Private balcony with screen!!! Room needs more hooks to hang towels and clothes- simple convenience, but lacking! Pillows were very thick and uncomfortable:("
