"I had to stay there because the first room I booked didn't get back to me because it was through VRBO. I got in country and needed a place to stay at the last minute, so chose that one based on location and the ratings were good. Overall, it was terrible And the fact that I got screwed out of my first place is going to definitely make me rethinking using orbits moving further."

"Just check out after a very good sleep. Bed very comfy and quiet. Very very clean very friendly staff and really good location. Room not big but it's okay since they have provided all nessesery like TV fridge desk nice bed clean modern bathroom hot shower good WiFi. Also water filter and coffee tea as much needed can take without pay penny. We are really had a good time with this hotel. Price also very cheap if compared. Thanks "

"Property is located near the lift, amazing views, decent facilities. But no amenities like coffee, tea etc provided, barely there utensils. Water leaking in faucets, tv channels next to none, a/c not so cold anymore, shiwer water draining all over toilet floor. Phone number listed is wrong & so non-responsive."

"Zimmer war sauber, auf Mängel habe ich hingewiesen. Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass der Gastgeber diese beheben wird. Lage ist direkt bei der MonorailStation, allerdings etwas schwer zu finden oder ich war einfach zu dusselig. Ich war dort nur 1 Nacht, aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Ich würde es definitiv weiter empfehlen. "

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me.
