"First time checking in to JW KL and I’m satisfied with the stay except there isn’t any long handled shoehorn. Overall stay is good with good bed to rest and the noise is not too disturbing as it’s facing the road. Home attendant are friendly and very responsible in their work to ensure the room is cleaned. No regrets in staying here for 3 nights and I like the gym. It’s spacious. There’s a good variety spread for breakfast too."

"Had a very pleasant stay at Pavilion Hotel KL. Staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful. It was connected to the Mall which makes it very convenient to shop and also offers dining options. "

"The apartment is great in terms of cleanliness. However the whatsapp customer service response is pretty slow and there are 2 numbers to contact, the general and the host. Also the lift is another issue, keep stopping at almost every 3 floors even though no one press. Quite irritating in that sense. Other than these, the room is good. "

"Surprising small hotel, you would think it was huge. Rooms on 56 floor. Beautiful room and fabulous bathroom. Lovely, personal service. Vertigo bar is a must and very reasonably priced. Best views ever over Petronas towers! The pool is amazing too and was empty. The location opposite the Pavilion shopping mall and near other attractions is really good. A lovely hotel, highly recommended. "
