"They are con artist and dishonest people. Booked via orbitz and paid. When went to the hotel in Mumbai, they said that they were 100% occupied and turned me down. They told me to contact with orbitz to get the refund. When I contacted orbitz, they said that the hotel management said that the room was given. I guess I am thd liar here. Simply stay away from such evil entities and so from orbitz. I sm gonna file a complaint with the US DA office."

But they claimed they couldn’t find my booking and I had to go through whoever I booked it with. This is after 24 hours in transit. Upon showing them numerous invoices/receipts they found it.
