"The staff was polite and allowed us to check in early. The room was nice with beautiful views from our window. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, which was wonderful after all our hikes. The location was good and the Zion shuttle stop was nearby. "

"Pool was dirty and ended up being a “community” pool with a family of about 8 or 9 parking by the back door that happened to be not locked from the outside. They were all in there swimsuits ready to enjoy the pool. My son and I quickly left after pieces of the young kids diapers were floating in the pool. "

"Incredible ambiance. So happy at this place from beginning to end. Passion was seen in all the design, the treatment, and everything is thought out. Incredibly clean and many amenities. There are covers and pillows to sit outside at night and watch the wonderful stars. Funny little things all over, many extras in the bathroom. All around a passionate place that is well maintained with such a kind and wonderful staff. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sedona. You feel like family here, it’s incredible. "

"Staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast staff were exceptional. They worked hard and were very polite. I would not stay here again though. We were told upon arrival that there would be no room service. I’m ok with not having any room service if only staying a day or two but we stayed 4 nights. We had to continually go down to get new towels, toilet paper and wash cloths. We originally thought the conditioner was empty but it turned out it didn’t work. When we went down to get conditioner we were told they couldn’t give us any. We used the pool every day and they were out of towels continuously. Making us take another trip to the lobby. Too many other hotels in the area to ever stay at an Abbey Inn again. "
