"Great staff and large rooms"

"We have stayed in a lot of hotels, over the last 50 years. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. There has only been one other that we have given almost top marks to, but this one excelled. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful. They went far and beyond, what you would normally expect. They were so helpful and answered every question we had, even to writing instructions, for the bus and trams. It really felt like a home from home, but...

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Besitzerin, die man allerdings vorher mit Angabe der Ankunftszeit anrufen muss, da der Empfang nicht permanent besetzt ist. Zimmer (unter der Dachschräge) sehr sauber und gut mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Wegen der Dachschräge ist die Kopfhaltung nicht immer optimal, aber für einige wenige Übernachtungsnächte erträglich. Zimmerservice hatten wir keinen, aber vielleicht ist das übers Wochenende normal. "The property is in the middle of all the destination I was planning on going. There is a nearby grocery store, pharmacy, etc. for basic needs as well. Property itself is clean and comfortable personally, and staff are friendly as well. I don't think there is AC however I checked in sometime in September hence leaving the window slightly open worked well for me, and I was out the whole day anyways. "
