"On arrival in Cape Town after a long road trip from Port Elizabeth, we were greeted with a rather unfriendly comment about not being rugby fans as we arrived during the last five minutes of a rugby game. Our booking stated that our reservation was 'bed and breakfast'. During the course of the first morning, after we already had breakfast, the owner came to our room stating that our reservation did not include breakfast upon which we referred her to our booking confirmation. "Beautiful quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but just a short ride away by Uber. The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful - especially Joy who always greeted us in the morning with a huge smile. There is a great choice on offer for breakfast and the food is really good. Would certainly recommend a stay here."

"I enjoyed the convenience to the shops and road to CBD, however, my booking was mixed up , the room I got is not the one I paid for and had to complain and the second day was moved to a better room but sill was not the one I booked and paid for. I tried to explain this to the owners of the place and because was traveling with my wife and a 5 months old daughter we could not cancel the booking."
