I enjoyed the convenience to the shops and road to CBD, however, my booking was mixed up , the room I got is not the one I paid for and had to complain and the second day was moved to a better room but sill was not the one I booked and paid for. I tried to explain this to the owners of the place and because was traveling with my wife and a 5 months old daughter we could not cancel the booking.

Olive branch?

Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation.

I was never able to enter. The phone number they gave me never answered so was left at night trying to find another place to stay the night. It’s unacceptable that they won’t answer the phone they required you to call.

The apartment is a great facility and quiet close to the images projected. We had some issue with electricity and that was inconveniencing. The internet is slow. I was abit disappointed with the communication on the last day. I had extended my stay and was only told mid day to leave as the place had been booked

The location is a bit problematic if one has a car, as it does not look too safe to park on the street. Late night arrival is also not great. The accommodation is a little claustrophobic in that there are no fans or air conditioning
