"Room: found used press on nails on the floor, a slipper from a previous guest, a pair of underwear in the bathroom in the cubby where washcloths and hand towels were (behind the towel) that smelled terribly of urine, stains on the floor and bedding, and broken sink drain. Shower and sink water did not get hot. Pool: heater was broken and hot tub did not work."

"The location and the view from the room were amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive. The valet car service was slow though, so if you need your car be ready to wait at least 30 min."
