"We were welcomed with such warmth and offered a glass of bubbles or a non-alcoholic drink on arrival. We were given a family room not far from the rocky beach, with stunning views and perfectly placed sunbeds within the cove.
The only downside was that we got caught in heavy rain, which unfortunately flooded our room. The staff quickly moved us to a room on the 2nd floor inside the hotel—what a beautiful room!—but it did mean we had to move all our suitcases up and down, as we had to retun back into our old room, which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were only there fir 3 nights.
The staff, however, were all absolutely lovely. A special mention goes to Rocco at the breakfast bar, who was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating every morning an the guy at reception which I forgot his name. The restaurant was really good but a bit over priced considering there was not much food on the plate.
I would definitely recommend this hotel but not for people with either a physical disability or physical inability as there are a lot of stairs, the lift was out of order but only within the building.
However, thank you to all and thank you for let us staying, I will definitely return

"Aragona Palace in Ischia was honestly such a vibe. The location could not be better, right on the harbor, so every morning I woke up to ferries, pastel buildings, and the ocean just doing its thing. My room had a balcony, which meant I got to people watch like a pro while sipping wine and pretending I was an Italian movie star (reality: sweatpants, leftover pizza). The real highlight though? The thermal pools. They have one indoors that is all calm, quiet, and spa like, perfect for soaking away the I walked too much today pain. Then there is the outdoor pool, which is basically heaven: warm mineral water, sunshine, and that smug feeling of yes, I am thriving. Breakfast was classic Italian, pastries, fruit, coffee that could power a small car. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help, and honestly made the whole stay even better. Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and why don’t I live here forever?"
"We are a younger couple and absolutely loved it. Great selection of thermal baths and areas to relax. Beach is 5 min walk, lots of quality sea food restaurants walking distance.
Would definitely go again."
"Our stay at villa Ireos was very enjoyable.
Loved the location and the view was spectacular.
The hotel staff were very friendly.
The room was not uncomfortable, but it would be nice if it was a little more refreshed, the shower is very small which is not unusual for Europe . "
"Booked via hotels.com.
While booking, it wasn’t quite clear due to the Italian description that the rooms are located in a completely different building, the building 15 minute walk away, downhill/uphill (they said they offer car service, but after sending the messages nobody responded)
Hotel punta Chiarito shouldn't offer those rooms under the same hotel name, because during the booking process, the pictures clearly show images from the main hotel location
Also deducting a star due to the room condition, the showers had black mold on the tiles, outside, there was unkept grass, (hopefully) rabbit poop, and plenty of mosquitoes
I asked the Hotel for a refund of 2 of the 3 nights, however they refused"
"This is a beautiful hotel situated high above the sea. The pool area is so beautiful.
Our balcony room faced a beautiful sunset each night.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. The front desk went out of their way to help us with shuttles, ferries and all are needs.
We enjoyed the lovely breakfast and the fabulous restaurants. The bar area is lovely and the drinks and music so nice each evening. There is a beautiful spa. We absolutely loved our stay here. Defiantly would go back!"
