Cloti met me at the train station and helped me with my luggage back to the hotel. They also kept my stuff safe while I went to Mach Picchu after I checked out. Highly recommended. "This is a small hotel in Aguas Calientes. We rented a room with three beds for two adults and four small kids. The kids fit just fine sharing beds. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and it included fruit, breads, coffee, juices, milk, and eggs cooked to order. The staff was present 24/7 and very helpful. The tap water did not seem drinkable, but the staff provided unlimited access to a large drinking water bottle in the kitchen for free from which we refilled...

The only difficulty was climbing a little over a hundred stairs to get to the hotel, but the staff was kind and helpful in managing the luggage up and down. The staff was also very kind. I had an excursion very early in the morning and could not be there for their breakfast. They actually packed me a breakfast!"
