"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "This was our second stay in this hotel and again eveything was good. They let us check in early and helped with everything about our room. Facilities and rooms were really clean and well kept. Our child enjoyed every minute of his stay. Spa and pools were great to relax. Hotel was at the center of Osmangazi next to metro and tramway. İt was easy to go everywhere we would like to. There is a really big park next to it."

"This property was well built with elevators and is very appealing overall, and in a great location that is accessible and has AC which was a blessing. Hotel is quiet which we loved since Bursa can get hot and busy. Parking is free and space is fantastic and location is close to mall and such.
