"We loved our stay at the Cheshire Cat Inn. Everything from the easy check in, our cottage was adorable and spotless and the delicious breakfast delivered to our door every morning. The location is great, close enough to state street but also quiet and peaceful. We have stayed in Santa Barbara many times, usually closer to or right on the ocean which is beautiful but can be very noisy since the highway runs along the shoreline. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The inn is not really “at the harbor”, but it is very quiet and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good — oatmeal, yogurt, little frittatas, etc. We did not use the pool, but many guests enjoyed it. The landscaping is beautiful."

"We arrived at the tail end of the wine & cheese reception -- an unexpected treat! We were able to utilize the pool/ hot tub before going to sleep and had it all to ourselves. The location was most excellent for our needs. The breakfast in the morning was very satisfying. I'd go back again!"

The property is a short 10-15 minute walk to downtown Santa Barbara and right across the street from the beach and Marina. There is a very nice walking path right along the beach/greenway lined with palm trees"
