"Bed is amazing Hot tub is great Grounds are not kept perfectly clean Please pave the parking lot, it’s dark and we had someone trip and fall"

"The shower door was open and water sprinkled a little bit on the floor. The tv was not user friendly. "

"It was poor condition of the stairs going up to our room on the 3rd floor. The elevator goes only to the 2 nd floor, then we have to drag our bags to our room on the tricky stairs. The location was perfect, walking distance to all eateries."

"Nice hotel, right off the freeway. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free parking, nice breakfast, well kept grounds. Beautiful lagoon with turtles, koi fish, and ducks that you can feed. Hotel staff very friendly especially Jeanie in the breakfast room. She was a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely go back when we're in town."

"People at the front are very attentive. I was assigned a room on the other side of the building that doesnt have elevator so I had to use stairs, I didn't want to take my big suitcase upstairs so I asked them to change my room to the floor and they were able to accommodate my request the next day and let me see the room first before they assigned it to me. I forgot the name of the person who helped. Cafe food was good if you dont wanna go somewhere else to eat.Pool was clean and the hot pool is under the roof which was comfortable to sit in it. Property is very clean and looks like the rooms were just renovated and cleaning room service was everyday so clean towels and clean room every day. They have coffee 24 hours at the front desk and clean pool towel also available at the front desk.Not too noisy even though lots of people come and go. King Bed is bigger than any other hotels i ever stayed. Rooms have balconies for fresh air to flow.Overall I am happy to give this place 5 stars. Couple restaurants in walking distance but having a car really help ,8 mints drive away from Los arroyos mexican restaurants where all the restaurants are located."

"Very well appointed hotel but had issues with the air conditioning system and could not get the room cool enough for sleeping. Kind of a bummer. It would be nice if there was a restaurant or room service. Also didn’t loce having to pay $30 a night for parking. "
