"Booking was done in July 2022 but on arrival Sun1 provided me with disabled room smelling pee untidy. Was wondering what's the used of booking early instead of receiving 1st preference I had very terrible services. I was indeed disappointed will never booked at SUN1 ever. "

"This could have been a good last minute choice , we just thought let's give this place a chance and decided to stay here but then the lady at reception is a terrible host. What kind of policy at a hotel tells you that you get only 1 towel and if you use the swimming pool there is no option to get another towel If you order 2 rounds of alcohol , why would the reception tell you at first that they will bring the 2nd round to you , then after you pay for it , they tell you to come yourself and...

"The hosts were excellent. The only issue was the entry card and codes didn’t work consistently. Apartment is on 3rd floor. Didn’t like that but it was ok. Place was beautiful and very classy."
