"I have traveled many times to Guatemala and have stayed at a few different hotels. But this has been by far the best hotel/ experience I've had in the city. I will only be staying here from now on. Don Mario from the sports bar and Karen gave my dad and I the most enjoyable experience and made our night with their friendly and welcoming service. We also stayed on the executive floor and the gentleman that was tending to the room where snacks and coffee was served in the evening hours was an absolute sweetheart. We also got massages on site which i highly recommend doing while there. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. We had Giannis for dinner which was great to. Everyone from beginning to end was great."

"Loved this property! It was centrally located ,walkable to restaurants ,attractions everything! The staff here was amazing! The room was nice,I especially loved the bathroom.It was very modern.The free breakfast was a nice touch and so delicious! I would definitely stay here again.I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe here."

"I like this hotel for many reasons. I travel with up to 18 young people in December every year and I know, 4 young adults can be accommodated in every room and have enjoy a breakfast buffet in the morning. "

"Stayed at Los Pasos property for a girls trip with 5 guests. The property was straight out of a fairy tale, charming and whimsical. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The location was central. Breakfast was included and it was very good! The staff was amazing; Brenda and the team were extremely accomodating and most importantly we felt safe! We ended up getting soaked in the rain and left our sneakers to dry outside of our rooms. They saw this and messaged me while we were put to ask if they could dry them for us!! This this is what above and beyond service looks like! This property does not have a swimming pool but they do have sauna and spa services. The only area of opportunity is better lighting in the room. Overall, we had a great stay with a superior customer experience. I recommend booking! I would revisit this property in the future!! "
