"Staff was great. The rooms were a little dated but fine. Looks like it was a Sheridan but aquired by Hilton. Great location! Right on the riverwalk. Restaurant and pool bar on location. I recommend the brussel sprouts. Restaurant staff was great also. However, it did NOT have an airport shuttle as advertised - which was one of the reasons this hotel was selected. But, not a bad trip by Uber. Overall, a very positive experience. "

"Room was clean, staff were very pleasant. My only suggestion is to fix doors so they close all the way. My particular door you had to pull and push a little to make sure. I had gone to breakfast and somehow even though I pulled it closed it didn’t quit click/align. Breakfast could use a little more pizzazz but the kind gentleman tending to it made up for that. I would definitely stay there again."

"The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and the facilities were very nice. Unfortunately it was probably the coldest it’s been in Florida for quite some time so we didn’t get to use the pool, although it was open and maintained every day. "

"I was very happy with the overall state of the hotel. Although the building is starting to show it's age everything is functional and well maintained. Although the office is not 24hrs they were more than happy to accommodate our late check-in. "
