Perfect location in Abingdon and just minutes walk to buses to Oxford if that's your interest. Took about 25-30 minutes to get into downtown Oxford on the 2 or 3 buses...very easy. The inn had a recent renovation and while it is clearly a very old property it was very charming, clean, and nicely decorated. Food was good and free breakfast had good offerings. We were so happy to book a family room (for couple with 2 kids) the day of our arrival into Oxford. The room was spacious and the AC was a welcomed relief with the heatwave. Very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is also delightful. The walk into the city center was beautiful. Definitely recommend!
