Hotels in Concord

Traveling from Maryland to Mississippi and we were beat. Front desk (Anthony?) person was fantastic helping this weary traveler check in. Morning saw a beautiful selection for breakfast and cheerful faces offering to help any way they could. Totally recommend this hotel and will chose them again.

Everything was beautiful and clean

My stay here was amazing. I arrived from Michigan very early in the morning. My reservation was messed up it was ice storm in route to the area. Me and my family was so upset. The front desk ladies really understood and was helpful. Because we made the reservation through 3rd party. But they did not turn us away they made it work. The was a great experience and the customer service was awesome. I wish more companies would hire people people like this and not people that dont understand life...

The property is convenient and is right next to Tesla Supercharger and a plaza with restaurants and other stores.

This property is impeccably clean. Very happy with my overnight stay. I will be staying again!

The staff was very kind and the room was very clean. I liked that the rooms had laminate hardwood flooring and not carpet.

My son has stayed, for business, on several occasions and he recommended this location. I found it to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, nice to have hot options beside waffles or pancakes. Will return if I need a place in Knoxville

Very clean and everyone super friendly. Michael at front desk and bar tender(sorry can't remember his name) was the best! Rooms were spacious and wonderful amenities! Wish there was a continental breakfast but would definitely stay again!!

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. Rooms were very nice and spacious. The check out time on Hotels.com was wrong and the front desk attendant did not provide any of that information. But truly my only complaint is the WiFi connection and access was horrible!!
