"Little things…the window shade was wrinkled, damaged and it was hard to close or open. The bathroom door needed replacing it looked as if a dog had chewed the veneer off one corner and they just painted over it. Before bed the TV guide channel was not accessible but it was working by morning. I like more light in a room, like a bathroom when I am shaving. The ambient backlighted mirror did not illuminate as I would have liked. I will say the towels were extraordinary!!! Thick and big enough for a tall person like me."

"Positives: The bed was clean and comfortable especially the pillows. The TV worked instantly. Water was hot. A/C was cold. Close proximity to eating and shopping. Negatives: Dingy altogether, dirty carpet, stained exterior, breakfast offered was too expensive ($14 bacon and eggs), so I ate around the corner. Staff weren't particularly friendly and staff could be heard bickering. Sort of a depressing place. I will not be coming back."

"The receptionist was not friendly at check in. He checked me in and gave me the key and that’s pretty much it. I had to ask him about amenities and got an extra key. The room was decent. There was hair in my bath towel… and I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach in the bathroom… I had to go to the desk to request clean towels but had to bring down the old ones to get new ones. No one was at the desk, I had to say hello every single time I went to the desk because they were always in the back. Parking is kind of tight but free. The room were nice and cold."
