"It was clean and the staff were very friendly - if it wasn't for that there would be no stars. That is where it ends. If you want to get a good nights sleep do not stay here. The first room I was given had a terrible cigarette smell - i was moved and the next room was better. Both rooms were on ground level and the noise from the street was very loud all night long. The second night the gentleman working must have had a serious disturbance as there was yelling and crying - but being scared for my safety I stayed in my room until morning. Definitely overpriced and I will not return. "

"The staff was excellent. I had a roll in shower due to me being in a wheelchair but there was no grab bar . The hotel installed one for me!!! I ate the breakfast and it is well worth the price. The location is great too. Overall I had a great experience "

"The location is wonderful as it’s a quick walk from the train station and not far to walk to anything tourist related. The check in was fine but immediately told that for both nights there that there was a water issue. No hot water. Wouldn’t be fixed until after we left. The room was clean and well made up however the air conditioning didn’t work at all and it’s loud all throughout the night so couldn’t leave a door open. If there was a guarantee of hot water and working air condition, would stay again, otherwise not happy that we paid full price for amenities we didn’t get. "
